• You may cancel your session up to 48 hours preceding your appointment. A partial refund may be given (service fee minus processing fees) OR full credit added to your spa account.  
• Same-day cancellations = 50% of the service price.
• NO CALL/NO SHOW = 100% of the service price. 
• You may reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same-day rescheduling will be charged the remaining 50% of the scheduled service price.   
• You will be charged 100% of the service price due to missed/late arrival.   
• NO refunds or partial refunds will be issued due to late arrivals.
• NO refunds or partial refunds will be issued due to unused massage sessions after validation period.
• NO refunds will be issued for any presale item during #The90DayRace campaign.
