No. Mama Me Time Spa provides massage and wellness services for ALL women.

Your deposit is 50% of your service cost.

Mama Me Time Spa serves as a cashless facility. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA, Vagaro Pay, and Cherry Pay. You can pay your remaining balance with the card on file or a different card. Tips are welcome in cash, Cashapp, or Venmo and sent directly to your massage therapist. 

If an appointment needs to be canceled, a minimum 48-hour notice is required for all services. For rescheduling an appointment, a minimum 24-hour notice is required for all services. Cancellations and reschedules should be completed using your Vagaro account. We will not be held responsible for any attempts to cancel/reschedule made by phone, email, and/or text.

We understand that things happen, including emergencies. Unfortunately, we have a strict cancellation/rescheduling policy. In some cases, you may be allowed to reschedule your appointment for an additional fee of 35%-50% of original service charge. This decision is based on situation and up to the Therapists discretion.

Should you cancel your appointment before the 48-hour cancellation policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. All sales are final for pre-purchased services, classes, gift certificates, and products. No refunds will be granted. No exceptions.

We no longer provide childcare services at Mama Me Time Spa. After six months of piloting our childcare room, it became evident to us that our clients preferred not to share their me time with the little ones. Should you need childcare, please give us a call so we may discuss your options.

No, Mama Me Time Spa serves as a women-only spa facility. In special situations, men may be allowed to accompany you during your appointment should you need assistance getting undressed and/or getting off the treatment table. (i.e. post-op and geriatric services)

Yes, Mama Me Time Spa offers payment plans through Vagaro Pay, After Pay, and Cherry Financing. For Chery Financing: Approvals are valid for 30 days. Once that time period expires, you are welcome to reapply.
